Adslot signs agreement with S4 Capital digital agencies.
Adslot announced yesterday that it has executed agreements with two of S4 Capital’s leading US-based digital agencies, Media Monks and Firewood Marketing.
S4 Capital plc (LON:SFOR) is the brain-child of Sir Martin Sorrell, who created S4 Capital after leaving WPP in 2018. Prior to S4 Capital, Sir Martin was CEO of WPP for 33 years, building it from a £1 million ‘shell’ company in 1985, into the world’s largest advertising and marketing services company, with a market capitalisation of over £16 billion when he left.
S4 Capital is a pure-play digital advertising group focussed on data, content and programmatic. The group employs over 5,000 people in 31 countries, and recently announced full year revenue up almost 60% to £342.7 million in 2020. The London Stock Exchange-listed company has a market cap of around £3 billion.
Adslot’s shared focus on first party data, premium content and programmatic delivery was one of the reasons the agreements with S4 Capital’s Media Monks and Firewood Marketing were both executed within a very short time-frame.
