Ian joined Adslot as CEO in October 2012, bringing over 20 years media industry experience and 13 years managing high growth media and media technology companies, both privately held and publicly traded. Immediately prior to joining Adslot, Ian was CEO of Facilitate Digital Ltd (ASX:FAC), where he launched Symphony – the world’s first workflow and trading platform for media agencies – and led the company’s international expansion into Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to Facilitate, Ian was CEO of ad measurement company Traffion Ltd, and Managing Director of Red Sheriff Ltd, a global pioneer of web measurement technology. Ian has held senior management roles in a number of media and media agency organisations including George Patterson Bates and PMP Ltd.
Ben’s career in the advertising and media industries goes back over 15 years and includes roles at several large multinational agency groups including DDB and Publicis. He has wide experience across both the media buying and account management fields having held senior positions directing accounts for a variety of international brands. In 2000 Ben co-founded Facilitate Digital, assuming the role of General Manager. In the subsequent years he jointly oversaw the company’s growth from two staff to an organisation with offices in six countries. From 2003 to 2012, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer of Facilitate Digital Holdings and was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer in September of 2012.
Group Commercial Director
Tom is responsible for marketing, strategic client relationships and plays a major part in business development. Tom joined Adslot when Facilitate Digital was acquired by Adslot in 2013. Tom joined Facilitate Digital as Chief Product Officer in 2006 before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Prior to moving to Australia in 2005, Tom worked in his native UK. He started his career in media strategy before moving into digital in 2000 with Outrider (now MEC Interaction), one of the world’s leading digital marketing agencies, where he was appointed to develop a consistent brand proposition across all markets within Western Europe. He later became the Managing Director for their UK business.
Chief Product Officer
James heads up the product and technology teams, who together are creating the future of media trading. He joined Adslot in 2010 when Adimise, the publisher monetisation company he co-founded, was acquired by Webfirm. Prior to Adimise, James co-founded a web development firm based out of Sydney with a focus on developing commercial web applications.
Chief Information Officer
Robyn is responsible for technology service delivery for all applications both built and used by Adslot. With over 20 years in the IT sector, Robyn has accumulated a broad range of technical experience in both online and offline environments. Prior to Adslot, Robyn held the role of Chief Information Officer at Facilitate Digital. He has also held the positions of CTO for Traffion Technologies and Director of Operations for RedSheriff.
Chief Talent Officer
As Chief Talent Officer, Erika is responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition, culture change and professional development strategies, as well as providing advice, coaching and support to people leaders on HR related matters. Erika joined Adslot in 2014 with 10 years of HR experience in Australia and overseas with companies including Goldman Sachs, National Australia Bank, JBWere, Deloitte and DLA Piper. She is experienced in recruitment, remuneration and benefits, occupational health and safety, training and development, talent management and employee relations. Prior to joining Adslot, she was an HR Business Partner for Allens.
General Manager – Europe
Daniel is responsible for the relationship management of all major media agency and publisher networks in this region. Before holding roles at Adslot and Facilitate Digital, Daniel was the Director of International Cooperation and Innovation at e-professional, a performance marketing agency part of the affiliate network Zanox and the Axel Springer Group, Europe’s largest publishing house.
General Manager – North America
Cary joined Adslot in the spring of 2017. He has been in the tech sector for nearly 20 years – the last 10 devoted to ad tech, data, and analytics solutions. As General Manager, he is responsible for developing and driving Adslot’s business strategy across the North American market. Before joining Adslot he was the VP of Sales for North America with Lotame Solutions. Prior to Lotame, Dunst thrived in four long-term successful sales roles, most recently at Marin Software and Hitwise.
Global Product Manager
Making premium advertising transactions efficient and fun. James spends most of his time imagining the next killer feature for Adslot Media and Publisher, drawing wireframes, designing APIs, and programming. James was previously an R&D Consultant at KPMG and Technical Director at Nudge (a startup trying to improve adherence to prescription medication).
