Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior .NET developer to join our Sydney team, who appreciates the core principles of building great products that will delight users. As well as being strong technically, good communication is essential as you will be working directly with our client facing teams to understand business requirements. Ability to efficiently switch context between projects is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, develop, test and correct complex features with an emphasis on quality and reliability
  • Work closely with client facing teams to understand and take lead on selected projects and epics
  • Be involved across multiple projects across the company
  • Accounts for performance, scalability, reliability across software iterations
  • Strong contribution to team discussions / design, technical mentoring and reviews

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to fulfil a key role in our business, as Global Product Manager for Adslot’s Automated Guaranteed technology (Adslot Media & Adslot Publisher). This person will be responsible for understanding our customer’s challenges and act as a visionary to turn these challenges into functional features on platform that solve issues and add commercial value.

This fantastic role will manage the continuous improvement of the world’s leading Automated Guaranteed trading platform, while deeply engaging with Publishers and users across APAC, China, USA and Europe to understand requirements. Adslot aims to take the complex process of media trading and make it easy and enjoyable! You will be at the centre of this process.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role will see you:

  • Engage with digital media publishers and users to understand existing processes and ‘pain points’ in the process of trading digital media
  • Engage with existing customers to scope and deliver custom development projects
  • Expose opportunities for our platform to simplify and solve media workflow issues
  • Create requirements documents to assist User Experience, Design and Development
  • Maintain the product roadmap and drive development planning
  • Manage the priorities/backlog of an agile development team to achieve the product vision
  • Work closely with management to align product delivery to quarterly roadmap goals

The successful candidate will be:

Job description:

A motivated Senior Front-End Web Developer with AngularJS/React experience who can combine the art of design with the art of programming. The team is full of great developers to collaborate with, thriving on autonomy and a love for building great products. We love what we do, and who we do it with.

Working fluidly between AngularJS and React, handling asynchronous API calls to our NodeJS server and pushing those pixels to perfection in CSS are considered a normal day.

Working with the UI/UX designers and product owners to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. We collaborate between our front-end teams in Melbourne and Sydney, both using our open-source UI library, Adslot UI (github.com/Adslot/adslot-ui/).

Responsibilities:

Our North American business is growing, and the company is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in New York. This is an exciting role. The principle objective of the role is to support automated guaranteed trading revenue by working closely with the sales and client services organization.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Work in tandem with the sales team by collaborating on all RFPs and sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison for demand side clients to make sure all campaigns are planned, booked, and managed seamlessly
  • Plan, brief, execute, and manage campaigns for the sales team and clients from start to finish
  • Work with the Managed Services/Client Services team to ensure that all parameters within the RFP have been satisfied/met and that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Proactively make optimizations and recommendations for campaigns by aggregating and analyzing data from multiple parties to identify trends and better understand campaign performance

Sales Support:

  • Create sales support: pro-plans, publisher lists, decks, dummy campaigns
  • Assist sales team with training and documents for demand-side clients
  • Produce any requested reports/lists including comScore, publisher lists, Addata, etc.
  • Assist with any sales projects/operations like SalesForce updates
  • Work with both Supply & Demand teams on deliverables like research, analysis, etc. to win new business opportunities

Other:

  • Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives including but not limited to: e-mail blasts, one sheeters, promotional items, client gifts
  • Office admin support (mail, checks, internal documents, building management)
