The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to fulfil a key role in our business, as Product Owner for Symphony. This person will be responsible for understanding our customer’s challenges and act as a visionary to turn these challenges into functional features on platform that solve issues and add commercial value.

This fantastic role will manage projects that lead to the continuous improvement of the world’s leading workflow and trading platform, while deeply engaging with agencies and users globally to understand requirements. Symphony aims to take the complex process of media buying and make it easy and enjoyable! You will be at the centre of this process.

Reporting to the Global Product Manager, the role will see you:

  • Act as the Product Lead for one-to-many development teams
  • Engage with media buyers across multiple agencies to scope and deliver development projects
  • Engage with specific existing customers to scope and deliver custom development projects
  • Document requirements/user stories to assist User Experience, Design and Development
  • Engage with the UX team to design and validate those designs to meet requirements
  • Expose opportunities for our workflow platform to simplify and solve media workflow issues
  • Manage the priorities/backlog of agile development team(s) to achieve the product vision
  • Work closely with management to align product delivery to quarterly roadmap goals
  • Engage with Sales & Marketing to assist in the communication of new product features

The successful candidate will be:

We are looking for an Technical Architect to join our collaborative team. We are looking for someone who loves working on varied systems that challenge old-world business methods while delivering high performance, very reliable services and applications.

Desired Skills and Experience

Our applications are built on the .NET stack – C#, Javascript and Transact SQL form the core of the codebase. We are looking for a Senior .NET developer to join our Sydney team, who appreciates the core principles of building great products that will delight users.

A motivated Senior Front-End Web Developer with AngularJS/React experience who can combine the art of design with the art of programming. Working fluidly between AngularJS and React, handling asynchronous API calls to our NodeJS server and pushing those pixels to perfection in CSS are considered a normal day.

Full Stack Developer | Node.js, AngularJS

We are growing our team and looking for talented Full Stack Developers who enjoy problem solving and shipping beautiful products. Within the Melbourne development team you will develop products for publishers and media agencies. Our products ease transactions between the two, providing automation and transparency through visualised data. Every day we work to drive meaningful industry-wide change and innovation.

Having a sibling team and product in Sydney means collaboration and communication are core values. We have built a fantastic API that is consumed by the Sydney product and by the Melbourne front-end.

We primarily use AngularJS and CoffeeScript in our front-end with Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL on the back-end. We’re also developing a rapidly growing open-source ES2016 React component library (github.com/Adslot/adslot-ui) used here in Melbourne and soon in Sydney.

The principle objective of the role is to support automated guaranteed trading revenue by working closely with the sales and client services organization.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Work in tandem with the sales team by collaborating on all RFPs and sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison for demand side clients to make sure all campaigns are planned, booked, and managed seamlessly
  • Plan, brief, execute, and manage campaigns for the sales team and clients from start to finish
  • Work with the Managed Services/Client Services team to ensure that all parameters within the RFP have been satisfied/met and that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Proactively make optimizations and recommendations for campaigns by aggregating and analyzing data from multiple parties to identify trends and better understand campaign performance

Sales Support:

  • Create sales support: pro-plans, publisher lists, decks, dummy campaigns
  • Assist sales team with training and documents for demand-side clients

Client Services Manager | Digital Media

 

The Role:

The Client Services Manager role will help support our rapidly growing business across a number of core products to provide exceptional client support, management and training that will assist our growth across our trading and technology platforms.

Supporting media agencies and publishers, you will be part of a regional Client Services team, required to support and retain existing customers by delivering responsive support services. Your “can do” attitude will help build strong relationships through consistent positive feedback from clients and help you grow and develop in our business. This will give you valuable experience and knowledge in new technology and trading strategies.

The successful candidate will have a background in customer support and ideally have worked with media agencies, publishers, ad networks or digital marketing.

Key responsibilities of the Client Services Manager include:

  • Build and manage relationships that support sales, implementation, training (onsite and remote) and on-going customer support activities
  • Work closely with, and assisting the Project Managers who are managing the implementations of Symphony and other Adslot products at client sites
  • Assisting with account set ups and training (on boarding) as part of the product activations
  • Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all client administration, reports and required documentation are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor and review client queries and ensure issues are being resolved against KPI’s
  • Adhere to Project guidelines, and timelines

Experience required of the Client Services Manager:

  • Customer support experience
  • Proven skills in client troubleshooting and resolution abilities
  • Possess the necessary ability and level of maturity required to provide onsite training to client resources on our products
  • An understanding of Project Management, and the ability to follow a Project Management blueprint during, and after the implementations.
