Sydney

Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior .NET developer to join our Sydney team, who appreciates the core principles of building great products that will delight users. As well as being strong technically, good communication is essential as you will be working directly with our client facing teams to understand business requirements. Ability to efficiently switch context between projects is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, develop, test and correct complex features with an emphasis on quality and reliability
  • Work closely with client facing teams to understand and take lead on selected projects and epics
  • Be involved across multiple projects across the company
  • Accounts for performance, scalability, reliability across software iterations
  • Strong contribution to team discussions / design, technical mentoring and reviews
  • Provide advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in .NET web application development stack
  • Experience with .NET 4, C# and WCF/SOAP
  • ASP.NET MVC 4+
  • Experience working to fast paced feature delivery, while maintaining platform integrity

Desired:

  • Experience with creating public and private services using Web API / REST.
  • WIF / OAuth 2 / OpenID
  • Knowledge or familiarity with ad tech industry
  • Good presence in the development community (user groups, open source projects, etc)
  • Demonstrated setting local or team-based standards for programming tools and techniques, including security guidelines, and the selection of appropriate development methods.

Role Purpose of the Systems Administrators:

The purpose of this role is to provide IT services (Windows & Linux systems/server administration & support) to Adslot’s Sydney based teams, focusing on the delivery, availability, security and potential recovery of in-house and Cloud server infrastructure (and data).

Senior Sales Coordinator

Our North American business is growing, and the company is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in New York. This is an exciting role. The principle objective of the role is to support automated guaranteed trading revenue by working closely with the sales and client services organization.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Work in tandem with the sales team by collaborating on all RFPs and sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison for demand side clients to make sure all campaigns are planned, booked, and managed seamlessly
  • Plan, brief, execute, and manage campaigns for the sales team and clients from start to finish
  • Work with the Managed Services/Client Services team to ensure that all parameters within the RFP have been satisfied/met and that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Proactively make optimizations and recommendations for campaigns by aggregating and analyzing data from multiple parties to identify trends and better understand campaign performance

Sales Support:

  • Create sales support: pro-plans, publisher lists, decks, dummy campaigns
  • Assist sales team with training and documents for demand-side clients
  • Produce any requested reports/lists including comScore, publisher lists, Addata, etc.
  • Assist with any sales projects/operations like SalesForce updates
  • Work with both Supply & Demand teams on deliverables like research, analysis, etc. to win new business opportunities

Other:

  • Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives including but not limited to: e-mail blasts, one sheeters, promotional items, client gifts
  • Office admin support (mail, checks, internal documents, building management)

Selection criteria:

  • Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years digital experience
  • Knowledge of online advertising industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
