Technical Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

The Technical Analyst will be responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting requirements from client sites in Europe and APAC. When deploying our workflow automation platform in new countries a degree of configuration & customisation is required for our clients. You will be responsible for engaging with the client Business Analysts and internal Project managers to scope out and define MVP requirements for new activations.

Your responsibilities:

A professional at this position level within our company has the following responsibilities:

  • Performing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities on client business processes regarding digital media trading
  • Assist in development and testing of new business processes and capabilities.
  • Identify / gap analysis between current platform and client requirements
  • Performing application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs), technical design activities and portions of technology test and deployment
  • Writing user stories for delivery in an agile development environment
  • Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc..)

Your work will ensure that client implementation process is constantly being refined and shortened so less customisation is required as we enter new markets. The typical timelines may involve around two weeks on a given client site then a few weeks back in Sydney to further define and document items for the development teams.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, someone who is happy to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done, as well as being comfortable managing multiple senior (internal and external) stakeholders. You will have been a Technical Business Analyst / Functional Consultant working on large technology transformation projects in the past, ideally across different countries, and ideally within the Digital Media industry.

Qualifications and experience:

Program Manager (Digital Media)

The Program Manager (Digital Media) will report directly to the Group Commercial Director. The scope of the role will be global, with horizontal reports (Regional Project Managers) in USA, and Europe. You will manage all APAC projects directly. You will be responsible for the management of all projects, both internal and external, and the definition and implementation of best practice and project guidelines for these projects. You will work across all major clients: Media Agencies, Publishers and Advertisers. You will also be liaising closely with key internal functions: Business Management, Sales, Client Services and Product.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is sharp and articulate, with a real can-do attitude, who is happy to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done. You will also be comfortable managing multiple senior (internal and external) stakeholders.   • Preparing and maintaining test cases, plans, data and scripts for each feature or technical improvement.

  • work in tandem with the sales team by collaborating on all RFPs and sales opportunities
  • act as a liaison for demand side clients to make sure all campaigns are planned, booked, and managed seamlessly

Business Director

If you have experience selling into media agencies as an ad network, publisher or technology partner, and you are looking to take the next step in your career – then this is the ideal role for you!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales but also values the contributions of other business units. Someone, who forges solid partnerships with other business units to build a strong internal culture.

Furthermore, we need someone who understands the expectations of a ‘start-up’ culture and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty when required.

Our Business Director’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong, meaningful agency relationships at senior and operational levels
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead client meetings and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of our product set
  • Work closely with our Client Services team and clients direct to oversee the implementation and adoption of our technology

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years digital advertising sales experience
  • Capable of bringing existing relationships to Adslot, maintaining new relationships, selling technology and enterprise solutions
  • Proven experienced closer with well-developed prospecting and presenting skills
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with a strategic approach to sales, market and product development
  • Positive “can do” attitude.
